Summer Program Hours: 7 am - 5 pm (Closed July 4 & 5)
Summer Office Hours: 9 am - Noon, Monday - Thursday
Office closed: June 20 at Noon, July 4, July 23 - 27.
* Please note: Students whose families have not reconciled financial obligations will not received year end certificates until full payment is made for this year. Certificates and other info are presented to every student in a sealed bag, which they are instructed not to open until they are home so that others are not aware. As of June 1, unpaid balances in excess of $200 must be paid by cashier/bank check or cash, unless paying through RenWeb PayNow. Personal checks cannot be accepted. Please refer to the ASCS Parent & Student Handbook (page 13-14) for complete details, including late charges to be assessed for accounts rolled over past July 1. Please see Mrs. Massoud if there are concerns. Parents needing additional time to meet financial responsibilities must complete a payment agreement with Mrs. Camara.
Reminder: All returning students have required reading and skill assignments to be completed over the summer. Information was distributed to all students in paper form on 6/12/18. Please see link below and attached IXL Parent info.
