• PE today for Grades 2 - 8 - Wear gym uniform

• Explorers Club 2:45 - 3:45

 

TUESDAY: May 15

• PE for Grades P3 - Gr 1 

• Hoops for Heart Spirit Day - $2 or more donation to support the American Heart Association - see info sheet for prizes.

• Performing Arts Club 2:45 - 4 pm

 

WEDNESDAY: May 16

• Sturbridge Village Field Trip - Grades 7,8

• Scrip Orders & $$ due

• Bishop Stang Jazz Band Presentation 12:15 pm

• Sports Club 2:45 - 3:45 pm

• Art Club A - (Gr 4-8) 2:45 - 3:45 pm

 

THURSDAY: May 17

• Rosary Procession and May Crowning

  • Students who have received First Communion this year may bring their First Communion clothes / dressy attire to change into for the procession. Parent volunteers to assist are needed at 11:30 am. Contact Mrs. Massoud if you would like to help.

• Choir - 2:45 - 4 pm

 

FRIDAY: May 18

• Grade 5 Field Trip - Retreat Day

• Track Club 2:45 - 4 pm

 

Think Summer!  School ends the week of June 18th (see below).  ASCS Summer Program begins June 21.  New this summer: EUREKA!  Four exciting 4 day Science program offerings for students age 4 - 12.  See the attached.

Please note that Grades 1 - 4, Choir and String students are performing this evening, Student Ambassadors are also asked to attend - full uniform - see time schedule sent by separate email.

Financial Obligations

The time is fast approaching for all financial obligations to be met for the school year!  Please refer to the ASCS Parent & Student Handbook (page 13-14) for complete details, including late charges to be assessed for accounts rolled over past July 1. Please see Mrs. Massoud if there are concerns.

All FACTS Tuition & RenWeb Accounting balances must be paid in full by May 31, 2018. As of June 1 each year, unpaid balances in excess of $200 must be paid by cashier/bank check or cash, unless paying through RenWeb PayNow. Personal checks cannot be accepted.
