Tuesday, October 9

• PE classes for P3 - Gr 1 - wear gym uniform
• Winter uniform options begin - shorts may no longer be worn to school. Students must wear school sweater.
• MAP Growth Assessment Grades 5, 6 & 8

Wednesday, October 10

• Student Council Bake Sale to benefit Hallowed Halls Celebration (25 - 75 cents per item)
• MAP Growth Assessment Grades  4 & 7
• Parent -Teacher Conferences Gr 1 - 8 by appointment - 3 - 8 pm
• Art Club Gr 5 - 8 ( 2:45 - 3:45 pm) 
• Zumba Gr 1 - 4 ( 2:45 - 3:45 pm) 

Thursday,October 11

• LAST DAY for warm weather uniform (shorts)
• Track Club ( 2:45 - 4 pm)  - meeting at ASCS

Bridgewater University Open Lab Night

The Center for the Advancement of STEM Education (CASE) invites you to Open Lab Night 2018, an event for the entire community, especially K-12 students. Open Lab Night features hands–on activities and demonstrations in biology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, geography and astronomy. The new BSU maker space will also be open for tours and demonstrations. This event is free and open to the public. Registration is required. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Parking is available in the Bridgewater State University Parking Garage.

 

Date: Wednesday, October 24, 2018 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM

The Observatory will be open from 6:00 – 8:00 PM (weather permitting)

Spirit Days and “Dress Uniform Fridays”

• Please note that students are allowed to wear spirit day attire only on days announced as spirit days.  
• If your student is using a Boxtops Spirit Day Pass, please note the dates are all Tuesdays and Thursdays ONLY.
• Beginning October 12, every Friday is a “dress uniform” day.   Students are required to wear the complete uniform with sweater. Grades 3 - 8 must be wearing the required white shirts - green polos are unacceptable. Grade K - 8 girls must be wearing jumper or skirt/coulotte uniform. 
• As of October 9, warm weather uniforms (shorts) are no longer acceptable.   Long khaki pants and ASCS gym sweatpants are required.
