ASCS Funny 4 Fund$ Comedy Night!

Pennies for Patients (Leukemia & Lymphoma Society)
Congrats to Grade 4 for the week of March 9 - Winner for March 16 to be announced this weekend!
ASCS is participating in the Pennies for Patients campaign to benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. We will be collecting donations until March 22nd. Your child has received small collection box in their Tuesday folder. Please have your child bring their donations to their class by these dates. Each week Miss McCaffrey will tally how much each class brought in, divide it by the number of students, and determine a winner for the week. The class that brings the most will receive a Spirit Day the following week - day TBD. Please note that we are not doing the online giving portion of the campaign. At the close of the campaign the class that has raised the most per student will receive an Olive Garden lunch.
Summer Science Academy for Students Entering Grades 6-12
The Summer Science Academy offers one-week science classes for students entering grades 6-12 in the fall of 2018. This unique program allows students to work as scientists and is designed to inspire students about science while providing them with the foundations necessary for further scientific exploration.
Summer Science Academy students are immersed in science courses and conduct hands-on investigations in their selected class.

Registration for new students has begun.Siblings, as students attending ASCS for the first time, will need a new registration form. Please contact Mrs.Camara. Please share your enthusiasm and support for our school by encouraging family and friends to become part of our school family! See the information about our referral rebate program!
New students entering grade K - 8 who are in need of financial aid may apply for FACE (Foundation for the Advancement of Catholic Education). Complete an on-line application at online.factsmgt.com/aid. The ID # for ASCS is 33589. Contact Mrs. Camara for assistance.
FACE applications for returning students needed to be started by the March 1 deadline. If you have not done so, please apply ASAP. Late applications may not be considered in the first round of funding.
