Reminders & Announcements
Sanitizing & Hand Sanitizer Supply
We would like our families to be aware of the daily steps we are taking to protect our students and staff from the spread of illness. These are the suggestions provided by the CDC.
Students and staff are encouraged to wash hands thoroughly and/or use hand sanitizer.
Everyone is reminded to cover coughs & sneezes, and to keep their hands away from their face.
Parents are asked to keep sick students home. Students who are feeling ill at school are sent home!
Lavatories and common surfaces (door handles, tables, chair backs, etc.) are sanitized daily.
Sadly… Our large supply of hand sanitizer has “disappeared” from the storage closets in both buildings. Our supply of sanitizing wipes have “disappeared” from the middle school building. At present we have a large bottle in each room for student use, but we will need to replace these in the coming weeks. If you are able to donate hand sanitizer to the school, it would be most appreciated! Please send hand sanitizer bottles directly to the office, where they will be kept secure for use by our students and staff!

FACE Scholarships for 2020-2021
The application deadline - February 28 has passed! Families filing an application after this date will only receive assistance if funding is available.
Registration, Re-enrollment, Graduation:
We are enrolling for the 2020-2021 school year. If you know of a family not attending ASCS, please encourage them to consider your school for their child!
As of February 15, the annual registration fee ($200 per family) became non-refundable/non-reversible, unless the parent indicated in writing that their student will not be returning.
Grade 8 families have been assessed a $200 Graduation fee. Grade 8 financial obligations must be paid to date as of March 13 (close of Trimester 2) in order for the student to remain enrolled at ASCS. All grade 8 financial obligations must be met in full by May 31st in order for students to participate in Graduation Week Activities and to receive their diploma at Graduation.
Please pray for our school, our students, and our families.
Peace in Jesus and Mary,
Mrs. Susan Massoud
