Saturday, June 8 - Gr 8 Graduation - following 4 pm Mass at St. Mary’s

Monday , June 10 - P3 End of Year Celebration - 9:30 am - last day for P3

Monday , June 10 - P4 End of Year Celebration - 10:30 am -  last day for P4

Tuesday , June 11 - Kindergarten End of Year Celebration - 10:30 am -  last day for Kindergarten

Wednesday, June 12 - Last Day for Gr 1 - 8.  Closing Prayer Service and Awards Ceremony 10:30 am - parents invited to attend.   11:30 dismissal - No Extended Care.   Building is closed at 12 noon.

Reminders & Announcements 

 

Green folders - Please note that we will be collecting your student’s green folder on June 5th so that we can recycle them for use next year.  Your student’s yellow folder is their to keep!

 

ASCS Summer Program

Program begins Thursday June 13 and ends Friday, August 16. You may choose the days and weeks your child will attend.  Prepay by June 15 for best rates!  Summer program will be closed July 4 & 5. 

 

Financial Obligations & Reminders

• The time is fast approaching for all financial obligations to be met for the school year!  Please refer to the ASCS Parent & Student Handbook (page 13-14) for complete details, including late charges to be assessed for accounts rolled over past July 1. Please see Mrs. Massoud if there are concerns.
• All FACTS Tuition & RenWeb Accounting balances must be paid in full by May 31, 2019. As of June 1 each year, unpaid balances in excess of $200 must be paid by cashier/bank check or cash, unless paying through RenWeb PayNow. Personal checks cannot be accepted.
• FACE Scholarships - First round has been announced. Please contact the office if you have questions. 
• Annual registration fee ($200 per family)  As of February 15, the fee became non-refundable /non-reversible, unless the parent indicated in writing that their student was not returning.
• Grade 8  - $200 Graduation fee & all grade 8 financial obligations must be met in full in order for students to participate in Graduation Week Activities and to receive their diploma at Graduation.
