Reminders & Announcements
Financial Obligations
The time is fast approaching for all financial obligations to be met for the school year! Please refer to the ASCS Parent & Student Handbook (page 13-14) for complete details, including late charges to be assessed for accounts rolled over past July 1. Please see Mrs. Massoud if there are concerns.
All FACTS Tuition & RenWeb Accounting balances must be paid in full by May 31, 2018. As of June 1 each year, unpaid balances in excess of $200 must be paid by cashier/bank check or cash, unless paying through RenWeb PayNow. Personal checks cannot be accepted.
Spring has sprung...and it's time to remember school policies!
Toys are to be left at home! Please do not allow your student to bring toys to school, unless it is for show and tell /requested by the teacher. Sports equipment and electronic games/music players may not be brought to school for use during the school day or Extended Care.
Uniform and non-uniform policies continue to apply Only Donnelly's khaki or gym shorts are allowable as part of school/gym uniform. Footwear must follow the school policies. Flip flops, sandals and ballet flats may not be worn by students during the school year or for school activities. If students are changing after school for Extended Care, only bermuda length shorts and t-shirts may be worn. Short shorts, bike shorts, tank tops, halters, bathing suit tops and tube tops are unacceptable.
Students may only bring WATER to drink in the classroom - no flavored drinks, drink packets or powders, etc. Students may not drink as they are walking in the hallway, waiting on line or at dismissal. Water bottles must be disposed of properly and may not be thrown or played with at any time. Other drinks may be consumed at lunch time in the cafeteria only.
It is our goal to provide educational opportunities throughout the rest of the school year! Student cooperation with teachers, respectful interactions with classmates and self control is essential to enable all students to continue to learn and experience the school day as positive. We are asking parental support in this, now as in the past. Many thanks!
Please pray for our school, our students, and our families.
Peace in Jesus and Mary,
Mrs. Susan Massoud
