●$2 “Western” Dress Down Day to benefit Performing Arts Club Play - Students and staff may wear jeans and sneakers / western boots with a plaid or “Western” theme top, prairie dresses or Western style top and skirt.  Cowboy hats and bandanas are acceptable, but must be removed in class if distracting.  Spirit uniform is also acceptable.

• Fiasco in Okie Dokie Ville - Performing Arts Club Play, 1pm (school performance - parents welcome) & 6 pm ($5 per person, $10 per family)
• Track Club  - 2:45 - 4 pm

Reminders & Announcements 

 

Spring Uniform options! Only Donnelly’s khaki and gym shorts may be worn as Spring uniform options for Grades 1 - 8.  Contact Donnelly’s to order khaki shorts only.   We have both gold and green ASCS t-shirts and both green (K - Gr 4) and black (Gr 5 - 8) gym shorts. All sizes - $12. Gym shorts may be worn for PE or Spirit days.

 

ASCS Summer Program

Program begins Thursday June 13 and ends Friday, August 16. You may choose the days and weeks your child will attend.  Prepay by June 15 for best rates!  Summer program will be closed July 4 & 5. Please see attached flier.

 

Financial Obligations & Reminders

• The time is fast approaching for all financial obligations to be met for the school year!  Please refer to the ASCS Parent & Student Handbook (page 13-14) for complete details, including late charges to be assessed for accounts rolled over past July 1. Please see Mrs. Massoud if there are concerns.
• All FACTS Tuition & RenWeb Accounting balances must be paid in full by May 31, 2019. As of June 1 each year, unpaid balances in excess of $200 must be paid by cashier/bank check or cash, unless paying through RenWeb PayNow. Personal checks cannot be accepted.
• FACE Scholarships - First round should be announce within the week. 
• Annual registration fee ($200 per family)  As of February 15, the fee became non-refundable /non-reversible, unless the parent indicated in writing that their student was not returning.
• Grade 8  - $200 Graduation fee & all grade 8 financial obligations must be met in full by May 1st in order for students to participate in Graduation Week Activities and to receive their diploma at Graduation.
