This is a family fee which guarantees class seats for all registered siblings of the same family, and includes the annual FACTS SIS fee as well as provides for textbook orders. This non-refundable fee is paid with re-registration by March 1, 2025 or upon registration of a new family. In order to maintain the small class sizes ASCS is known for, we encourage all families to re-enroll as soon as possible. Seats of current students cannot be held without payment of the registration fee after March 1, 2025. Please note that re-enrollment and all new registrations are done online through a link which will be emailed to you. A $50 registration deposit for returning students and the full $250 registration fee for new families is paid at the time of registration. Families of returning students are required to pay the balance of the family registration ($200 by March 1, 2025) through FACTS SIS, as it will be billed to your account.
Fundraising Fee - $350 per family
This amount is applied to each family (not per child). Families are granted credit based on the school’s profit generated through the family’s fundraising efforts. This fee will be added into your overall tuition FACTS payments. All fundraising obligations met by March 2026 will be credited by April 2026 to your FACTS payments, up to $350 per family.Payment Plans
You may choose to pay-in-full or pay in 11- or 12- monthly installments through FACTS Tuition Management. All financial obligations are to be met prior to May 31, 2026. You choose the 5th or 20th of each month for your automatic payments. For assistance in calculating your monthly payment, contact our business manager.

*Per family fees are added to the oldest child’s account only. Fundraising fees may be earned back throughout the year through credited fundraising participation.
Pre-K tuition costs can be a tax deductible expense. We recommend you consult your tax expert for more information.
Pre-K 3 students must be 3 years old by August 31st.
Pre-K 4 students must be 4 years old by August 31st and full week Pre-K 4 students are given preference for Kindergarten enrollment to the following year.
All financial obligations are to be met prior to May 31, 2026.
Tuition is not adjusted nor are days made up for snow days or unexpected closures or student absence. For students transferring during the year, tuition is prorated for the number of remaining days.
